The only good sites I know that accept bitcoin payments are Steam and Bitrefil (recharge/refill your phone credit balance) So feel free to list me some more sites here. I've already used gyft once buying a eBay gift card and redeemed it for a product. Everything worked very smooth.
In some local sections, there are only offers to exchange Bitcoins against purchases on Amazon or other sites. I used it, too. But depends on the country you come from. You can also go straight to overstock.com they sell all kind of goods and ship worldwide. The guy is not a US citizen, so he will not be able to use the site. It sucks for international citizens, because their options are limited to some dodgy options, that 9/10 times turns out to be a scam. Why Amazon and eBay and those guys are ignoring Bitcoin, is a mystery to me. Yes, Bitcoin is not defined as a currency and it is used for dodgy dealings, but so is fiat {cash} ::) Can I use bitcoins on Overstock.com ? Also used DirectShop for getting games at cheaper prices than steam and you get the game key, These aren't big shops but pretty decent overall options.

I think online shopping with bitcoins is in rise, now we have more choices then year ago, if everything be ok, next year we will have even more places where we can spend bitcoins, and earn it.
