I will buy for that price but you will send first. I have had many trades for bct accounts already so I am trusted in doing this deal. And I am the one taking all the risk here because the possibility of it being hacked so the owner will probably recover it and i lose all my 0.4btc for nothing. but I am willing to take that risk at this price.
