You will want to be very cautious when choosing who to deal with. PayPal can be reversed up to 180 days later and if it's fraudulent then possibly even long (even for a friend's and family payment).

I was the one that he is referring to and deemed as not sufficient enough in paypal exchanges here to be acceptable enough in order to trade with him.

That's why I said he was looking for some desperate newbie who will send first to anyone because it's difficult to get an exchanger and they will send first, since he is still here I guess his plan failed and people will see these posts first before they throw their money away.

I would advise you to be careful as even trusted members account may be bought and you will lose your bitcoin if anyone charges back . Better let the front party send as gift and with a memo that he is satisfied with your services or transactions to secure or keep a backup, just in case !

Indeed, I am currently in negotiations with a couple of guys and will probably sell more than $200 bitcoins.
