Title: Problem with Bitinstant - Dwolla funds to Mt Gox Post by: alaskan84 on April 02, 2013, 04:57:01 PM so i had a transaction yesterday that failed to complete. I sent an email to bitinstant support but havent heard anything back. Really frustrating to pay for what should be a relatively instant transfer, and then have it fail without any notification from bitinstant? The Dwolla site is having issues displaying my order details currently, but this is what i can find so far:
BitInstant (EDP) 812-544-3435 4/1/2013 12:17 PM If i can get the dwolla site to load the transaction details, i can post the failure that references mt. gox. If anyone is out there from BitInstant, i would really like to have someone look at this transaction and find my funds! I think they'll get to you eventually, but they're probably pretty backed up now. Their engine really needs an update. |
