No sugar added, 20 grams or more of protein and they come in lots of different flavours. They're a great for a post-workout protein fix. Where are you going to purchase 20 grams of protein for $1.67 in ready-to-eat bar form? I can't vouch for the blueberry muffin version but the PB&J is amazing ;) (unless you have a peanut allergy in which case it would be something less than amazing...)
