Hi, actually there was one payout: http://explorer.litecoin.net/tx/06dee8375bb8dcfb5ed33d8522297d6fd99eeb6949d1ed9417e25e155df4a189 but now, as you can read in rules, you have to accumulate at least 0.01 LTC to get your coins. I know that's a lot, but as you can see in this transaction, the fees are too big when paying out so low values.
