I'd like to get the free 2-day shipping that comes with amazon prime. I read that fulfillment by amazon will use my amazon prime subscription, so what BTC sites use fulfillment by amazon?

Bitspend could work if I change my amazon password and they place the order using my account, though. I emailed them about it but they haven't replied.

Rather than wait around for bank wires and all that, we could get some Amazon gift cards from the store and sell the code/card to a trusted member for BTC. I use https://www.bitinstant.com/ and it then takes walking down to a local Moneygram place like WalMart, 7-11 or CVS to make the payment. Pretty easy.
