Sometimes support on gambling sites may be unresponsive but when the community knows publicly they are forced to respond to you.

Cheers From what I understand reading this and the posts on the Cloudbet website thread, they are not responding to your problems instantly. That is not a scam and a s cam accusation shouldn't be opened for that unless you actually have been scammed or your money has been taken and they are not replying to give it back.
