There is a pretty good summed up list that you should check out if u still didn't here -> https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1108616.0
Personally i would choose a-ads or mellowads, but don't expect earnings even remotely to what you would get with AdSense (which you obviously can't use)

Instead of relying only on advertising revenue I suggest you to add some gambling games(dice for example) to your faucet if this is possible, people seem to like them a lot and it will help your site survive.

Yes,if the price is reasonable, you have quality traffic(no bots) and my ads are getting many impressions I would be interested in buying ad space.

The problem is if his site is new and he doesn't have traffic yet, so mellow won't accept him.

I see many faucet users using anonymous ads network. They pay a low income, but you can add some ads from them to help your faucet sustainability. Try to find a way to set ''short links'' on your faucet also, it's a way to increase the profit a bit more.

But I'm sure you can find more informations on the link pasted by ajareselde.

You can try  Bitvertise.net (https://Bitvertise.net) (I'm the owner)
We don't pay like Adsense, but it is a decent revenue stream if you have a good traffic.
We offer free $75 advertising credit for all new advertisers (after you deposit $25), so you can give your website a boost.
Anyway, the revenue is different for each website and you must try many ad networks and stay with those who pay you the highest revenue.

Good luck!

I think a-ads pays higher rate but you need to have lots of unique visitors views which is hard to get in faucet. And google adsense have highest rate but they don't like faucet and you need to have other contents like a crypto related blog and also information regarding bitcoin within domain where you gonna host your faucet. Other bitcoin adnetworks are just good for high traffic faucets not for starting one.

Blog or unique content is not solution to avoid Adsense ban. They are against ALL sites which pays to users (faucets, PTC, PTR, surf websites or traffic exchanges), no matter they have unique content or no.
