And what do you know step 1 already a problem, I am told "The first screen displays a notice stating that no existing wallet can be found. Choose the default option, “Create new wallet”. Click “Next” to continue." Nothing of the sort is happening for me, when I open Electrum 2.7.9 I get a black screen with 0 instructions, File Wallet Tools Help. I'm pissed at the overly techy jerks who thought it would be cute to provide no instructions. Any help would be appreciated. If you want to create a new wallet simply go to "File > New/Restore" and choose "Standard Wallet" then "Create a new seed" and follow the short instructions. |
