However I haven't been in escrow business fully atm( but I plan to at some point). I currently escrow funds for signature campaigns. I think I can help you with this one. I've never mentioned it, posted a thread advertising one nor had anything related to escrow on my lending thread (other than the option where I hold your collateral for a loan).
