I did a quick search and I found the one I used a long time ago: http://www.countmycrypto.com. And then there's https://www.cryptocompare.com/portfolio and https://cryptfolio.com but I don't know any of them. Rest are just calculating based on amount of crypto you have, instead of pulling data from blockchains. But maybe there are some widgets to use, where we can define public address and get some data from blockchain?
