In order to get enrolled in the signature campaign, each user must place the signature code given bellow and fill the Google Form with the required details. The signature campaign will be rolling for 4 weeks and the number of available slots are limited. XCRE payments for the signature campaign will be made starting from 20/11/2016
 
If you wish to take part of the campaign you must meet the following requirements:

• You must fill the registration form with all the required data

We are aware of the scam ran by tarmi a while ago, but this project has nothing to do with that. We are not claiming to generate the coins locally on your machine as that of course would require a huge wallet and that's not our intention. Please read the description, the compilation is made on our servers not locally inside the wallet.
Exactly that scam was the thing that led us to make two vouch copies available for trusted members.
Also we are intending to do a full escrow of the ICO funds so we won't get anything if what we are offering is unfunctional.
And at third we have pre-built binaries, that will be released for most platforms in the coming days so people can observe the creation form themselves, no need to wait for a promise until the ICO end

I've just gone through my posts but unfortunately there is no wallet address posted in any of them so i can not sign a message, but seriously does anybody believe that I bought an account a year ago to launch a coin now? I understand all the scam fears but this is getting ridiculous. With this effort i could have create a new account at that time and reach the same rank till now. It's nonsense.

What about us being legit? We took all the efforts to avoid any possibility of scamming:
1. The funds will be held by an escrow, if we fail to deliver what it is promissed we get nothing and you get your investment back.
2. We prepared test binaries for most platforms. They will be available this weekend so everybody can see with their own eyes that we are not just promissing something that cannot be fulfilled.

No i dont think so NXT created currencies work within nxt client and on the nxt blockchain , by the looks of things these are created within the wallet but they are stand alone cryptos with there own blockchain and separate wallets

I was asked by davien, the issuer, to provide an Escrow address that is used to collect the funds for the ICO of XCRE Coins.

I provide escrow here because I think the idea can work. Let me know if there are reasons to end this ICO for a refund.

Safety from Escrow

Once the Wallet and the XCRE Coins are released to the investors we will wait 7 days to see if problems arise with the wallet or Coin, then I will release the Bitcoins to the issuer. This way of handling things is useful, the waiting time already stopped a number scammy ICO's from happening, others were stopped already before that time.

This will help to provide further trust into the devs by receiving something before more investments will be released. It can help to check out if the dev can really provide what was planned.

Please note that the safety I can provide only reaches up to the point where I released the bitcoins to the issuer.

Investor Verification

This is important in case of refunds have to happen and you want your investment back. Please note that refunds probably are bound to a fee because of the immense amount of work a refund means for an escrow.

There are two ways to verify your investment which is important when, for some reason, the investment has to be refunded back to investors.

First way:

Only send Bitcoins from an address you can sign a private message from or at least where you are able to get the private key for that address! This is important since in case of REFUND you can't proof otherwise that you sent bitcoins when you, for example, sent the bitcoins directly from an Exchange. In that case better send them first to your wallet and then from there to the escrow address.

Second way:

Another alternative to proof your ownership of a payment would be to send me the last 4 numbers of your user id as satoshies in your transaction.

Move your mouse over my username, see my profile id is 18640. You can see yours when you are in your profile and hover the mouse over the links on the left menu. Something like u=18640 in the links show your User-ID. The last 4 digits are 8640. When you add these 4 numbers as satoshies to your payment then it is pretty sure it's your payment too.

For example you want to send 2 bitcoins and your profile id would be 18640 then you send 2.00008640 Bitcoin.

Refunds possible?

Refunds can only be done in case the issuer agrees or there are reasons to stop the ICO by the escrow, because there came up doubts that make the ICO too insecure to proceed.

As long as you did not verify your investment transaction in some way I will see your investment as unverified. Otherwise it could mean a random person could claim an investment as his investment and steal it from a shareholder.

Refunds can only be done instantly when you can proof ownership of the investment. Either by signing a message from the sending bitcoin address or by your investment amount matching your forum user id. See description about verification above.

If you can't proof the ownership of an investment and a refund needs to be done then you need to wait some weeks so that the risk of being scammed is lower for me and the (potential real) owner of that investment. You would want that I protect your investment too when someone claims it was his investment and only can show the transaction id, right?

Refundfee

Since the huge amount of work coming from refunding many individual investors, having to have a conversation with each of them and so on, I had to establish a fee for refunding.
This fee applies when the dev is not paying the initially negotiated fee for the funds I refund.

The fee structure is meant per investor, regardless of how many investments happened, and looks like this:

Minimum fee of 0.01 BTC or the fee structure, whatever is higher:

>=$500,001 = 0,5%
$500,000 - $50,001 = 1%
$50,000 - $10,001 = 2%
$10,000 - $1,001 = 3%
$1,000 - $101 => 5%
<=$100 => 10%

Well i've just checked the market price of an x11 coin at other coin creation services and creating a single coin would require about 30% of the total supply of Creatio, given the actual sum of investments so there is deffo room for some growth. I am expecting at least a 100 btc marketcap for this either by investments or after launch price rise. To be honest i would prefer less investments and more rise after ico :p

Don't get fooled by the numbers. We expressed from the beginning that the goal of this ico is not to crowdfund hundreds of BTC, but to get distributed in those hands who are interested in the coin itself not just a pump and dump.
Also a small initial marketcap leaves a huge space for growing once the services are launched and the coin is tradeable, you don't really think that to create a coin someone will have to hold 30% of the total coins right? The marketcap will adapt to the situation, we are estimating a minimum marketcap of 100 BTC within a short period of time. What is this based on? Simple. With a minimal 1 coin created/week ratio that should create a real demand for 2% of the total supply, and that is far over the real demand, other than trading, of most other coins out there.

It is rare in recent times.

Really unsure on this project. Even if devs are honest and open, the coin creation business is not something having high demand as to what I observed.

There was a very similar ICO from user crunck last year. Coin was called CoinAid (CAID), and it offered many crypto-related services creation, including coin creation from scratch (as the most expensive service). The payment was in CAID, exaclty the same as here. The dev seemed to be trustworthy, the same as here.

The ICO went well, though market cap was low, and many thought it gives a place for growth... There were few orders, but alas not enough to make it successful. Coin ended up abandoned, with crunck dumping all the remainder of ICO on unsuspecting supporers, then disappearing.

I cannot know how this one will progress, but the beginning looks extremely similar.

There are a few main differences between CAID and CREATIO that should be mentioned to get a good overview of the situation.
First of all that coin was a Yobit ICO, in our opinion if somebody wants a serious ICO, Yobit is not a good choice because most of people investing from there are in it just for the quick profit if the coin does not doubles or triples it's value instantly, people are dumping in the buy wall leading to a situation where the coin losses its reputation even before it could be built, also developers are getting an unfair high share of their own coin from the buy wall. This is avoided with Creatio as the ICO is not highly advertised to have only interested people on board, and as well there are no coins reserved for developers.
 
At second CAID was a sidecoin for the services they were providing, the main accepted currency was BTC, people could pay in CAID but that wasn't the default payment option. For CREATIO, XCRE is the only payment option.
 
At third it seems it was a simple PoS coin clone nothing has been done to make it somehow different from the other coins, other than being a payment option for coin services. Creatio has a completely reworked wallet design along with some additional tech like the Coin creation page, also our services are going to cover some blind spots in most coin creation services like in wallet features for the created coins.
 
I may be wrong in some topics as i wasn't watching very closely CAID my summary is based on what has been said in the Bitcointalk topic and as well some of my memories about that coin, but you get the idea.

Ok, lets see what will give the coin its value...

You tell people will buy it to pay for the coin creation, and so this will create demand. Thats correct, though pricing will be a bit tricky (do you have plan on pricing structure, btw? - I mean how many different services will be offered, and how much you charge per which type of coin?

Anyway, back to the topic... After people buy coins and give it to you for coin creation, those coins will start accumulating at your posession. A question comes - what are you going to do with those coins? Send them back to market? That could create a sell pressure equivalent to the buy pressure created by demand mentioned above. Is there a plan to burn a part of the coins? Lets say burn 10% of coins aquired from coin creation work (and give a report here). I believe this could indeed create bigger interest and better prospective for the coin, as it will have two "speculative" points - a demand, and a deflation scheme.

Well, this is just a couple of thoughts... just thinking aloud. Would be interested in your feedback though :)

Ok I will try to answer you as precise as possible in this moment.
Pricing will be based on market prices, this means for example that an X11 coin with advanced reward structure will be priced at around 0.5 BTC worth of XCRE, what about the number of services, there will be at least 10 distinct services provided by creatio this including coin creation with at least 5 different algo possibility, standalone services(block explorer hosting, node hosting, mac/linux/windows wallet compiling, android/ios wallet compiling, possibly faucet/game/web wallet creation) and so on.

What about the target of the funds we receive for the services, it will be detailed in the upcoming whitepaper but as a preview i can say that 20% of the funds will be burnt so we can create a decreasing supply for the coin and achieving a possibly stable price, 30% of the funds will be placed in a safe address that will be used for marketing of our services, and the remaining 50% will be for our personal use.

That's pretty reasonable to me and also means you are serious about treating this as a real business and not just some techy experiment. It has both angles covered, business and tech and this is what caught my eye in the first place.

I am seriously considering to use CREATIO for creating my crypto. I have a lots of questions though that I want to get answer to.
My first question : How will we be able to manage our crypto like changing any specifications etc in future? Do we have to log in to CREATIO dashboard every time we want to manage it?

I am not exactly sure what kind of specifications are you interested in, but changing core specifications is not advised once the coin is released, only if there are serious issues, but adding new options can be easily made by submitting a new order, and requesting only the new feature from the create tab.

All services are good in general, but coin revival option seems particularly interesting idea in this place full of abandoned coins and bagholders. What would it include? Just a revival in case of broken blockchain, or full development support, like reopening BCT topic, adding new services/features and re-building a community?

In the begining this options includes only fixing the technical background of a coin aka fixing the source code/blockchain, adding permanent seednodes, compiling new wallets, building a block explorer. In the future if we will have enough resources to support multiple threads and manage a community, there is a possibility that we will offer an extended option but right now this is impossible to fit in our work schedule.
The coin revival option in this moment is dedicated to those who are willing to take over a coin but they are not technically skilled to do the coding/compiling work.

This is an interesting concept although I am pretty sure that around the same time last year there was another coin offering the same kind of services inside their wallet that was all just a big hoax, I hope this doesn't want to be another one of them.

Though ICO funds are not big, Yobit listing fee is very small compared to ICO fund. There are quite a bit of other ICO's running right now, and many suffer from lack of funds invested (see FAME, sor example - they were planning for much bigger investment, but right now got almost the same as this project). The benefit of this project compared to others, is the fact that most other ICOs need big funds to be successful, and account to get big amount of miney to run their project. While here the project itself can run without many investments, because it is practically ready, and mostly depends on the skills of developers and demand for coin creation services.

However I think some more marketing will be needed even after ICO is completed - to spread the word, and inform potential customers about the service, and ICO money could be spent there. Probably twitter campaign could help quite a bit.

yupp , totally agree.   I also feel like with a smaller investor pool it has BETTER chance of solid price, as there's LESS chances people gonna dump with less people TO dump, a total of 10 investors, with 5  having nice chunks? they could starve the market easily on XCRE just choosing to hold, and demand will be there so....
they should be able to easily secure their ROI in this ICO whether or not they use the services (MANY others will IMO)

The ICO price wasn't fixed, since we used weighted ICO method, which means that the amount that each investor got was calculated in proportion with their investment and the total amount of investments.

If by external drive you mean an external HDD, then it's pretty risky. External HDDs are never a good main storage drive, because of many moving mechanical parts, these could break-down and you can lose all your stuff, and the costs of a data recovery service are pretty high and they don't guarantee that you can get back your data.

Good. The success of this project depends on the marketing of the coin creation/support features. The rest factors (trolls, haters/fuders, and the coin speculators with their market manipulations) are just secondary.
I hope it will be marketed well, including BCT, twitter + probably some demos and few freebie services for well established coins with big community (so this service could be noted by wider audience).

The seednode is also 110.000 XCRE for 3 months and that is equal to 0.055 BTC

I've been thinking about your question but the best answer i've got is that, what are you asking is more feasible by an exchange service. I am not saying that it is impossible to create such an application but
at this stage we must concentrate to deliver the services we were promissig to our ico investors, and developing such an application almost from the scratch since MangoCoinz, as far as i know, has no
open source blockchain or even an open source client, would be a very time and resource consuming task which we can't assume at the moment. Also even if the application would exist there would be the task of prooving the ownership of the coins from the existing MCZ network. The best option would be to come to an agreement with the exchanges which already has MCZ listed and do there the swap, if you still consider that developing a standalone app is the best solution you shall contact us about this matter in a few months when we have a stable client base for the services we offer at a regular basis and we can dedicate the team to other challenging tasks too.

The coins were released based on the requirements agreed before the ICO, working coin, fair distribution of investments, working in wallet coin creator.

At second we have successfully fulfilled yesterday our first order, so yes it is prooved to work.

At third we do have an exchange TradeSatoshi is working perfectly, and we are also contacted YOBIT by multiple means to solve their problem if any exists with the maintenance mode.

Yuo do have coins not tokens, you can stake them and freely sell on the free market, if not on YOBIT then in the buy/sell thread you opened in the first hour you've got the coins. Sorry to have you disappointed but we expressed from the beginning the we want to avoid having daytraders joining the ICO.

Are there any plans on getting a better block explorer for Creatio? The existing one (Iquidus, I suppose)  is not very informative, pretty inconvenient to use, and is extremely limited, it even doesn't show more than 100 transactions per address...
Would it be possible to change those limits to more acceptable ones (like at last 1000-5000 Tx), or add a filtering to filter out simple PoS trancaction from the real money transfers...?

also a side note - if this is the same BE being offered for coin services, I suppose its functionality needs to be enhanced, otherwise it wouldn't be attractive to anyone who runs a higher scale project..

We are continuously looking to improve our services so yes we can increase the number of tx-es to be shown. As per the coin service part there are a lot of plans, and of course one of them is creating a closed source explorer to be offered for our clients as a premium option but we had to start somewhere, you just can't except to get top notch services overnight with minimal funding.

That´s really how yobit operates. No coin can depend on yobit exclusively. Like this xcre is losing business because future clients cannot buy coin to pay for the services.

Consider strongly to add more exchanges to the mix. :)



 

Let's go for C-CEX maybe try add it there? That is another decent medium size exchange as well.

Speaking of additional exchange options, Cryptopia is probably decent for small new startup coins too.  For example, Pesobit does most of its transaction volume there.

It is now on Coinmarketcap.

Coins often do well if having unique capabilities and/or some intrinsic value (gold-backed Xaurum, dividend-yielding Omicron, hard-drive-mined Burst, real-world-used Bitcoin, et cetera).  Creatio is in that category to a degree, which gives it potential, already so far tending to maintain above ICO price.

A weakness is how new service buyers would presently have to buy a substantial percentage of the total coin supply in existence, to pay for some services, which may be challenging for them to do quickly, affordably, and efficiently versus limited market liquidity.  But that weakness may diminish over time, if Creatio eventually settles into a more stable semi-high price and if Davien lowers prices in XCRE per service accordingly then.

Nope, you cannot see all txes there. Unfortunately the movement section shows only last 100 txes of the whole network, there is absolutely no way to see the rest. Thats just not enough...
My proposal allows to see the last 100 "real" txes of specific address, without need to increase the "txcount" global parameter.

Because Yobit wallet under maintenance mode so that is not allowing for a lot of activity and just probably inside YOBIT trading. I am sure once YOBIT opens up the wallets it will be going better.. Unfortunately YOBIT does this to many coins so it can just sell and offload it's own to make huge profits then once it's sells out the coins it owns it decides to fix the wallet. We surely need some more mid range to good exchanges at some point.

To create an order you must download the wallet and go to CREATE tab.
As all the payments are exclusively in XCRE you must buy XCRE on one of the exchanges where XCRE is listed. The prices depend on actual market price of XCRE, but for an example you can create an X11 PoW coin for 0.2 BTC worth of XCRE.

You need to keep it open for it to stake. That is general rule, which refers to all staking coins.
On this specific coin, with its staking scheme, the statement above is true to even bigger extend: if you want to stake considerable amount, you would better leave it open all the time (24/7).

It's a really cool wallet and I must say it's one of the best staking coins I have ever had downloading in a wallet. I rarely get orphans too which is great and thus it means that the network is running very so smoothly.

Well, good question :). I think the point is - nobody knows how far pump will go. So even knowing the price is artificial, some people will buy hoping it will be pumped further. This is somewhat similar to ponzi scheme, where everyone knows it is a ponzi, but doesn't know when it will actually explode :)

Note: this pumping talk above has nothing to do with this specific coin, as this coin supposedly has a purpose and real demand.

No I did not invest in this coin as I can make my own coins with ease without having to pay walletbuilders or any pay to create a coin service, there is no other reason for me to invest in this coin besides for a quick pump turnaround :D

1 have 2 Wallets one on a dedicated Server and one at home both staking, until 15 Jan, both work well and then everday more orphans!
Yesterday in the afternoon, get better after a restart of the wallets.
but both wallets before restart 2 connections and after restart 4.
Now back to 2 connections.
on my PC at home have in the last 24 Hours 56 Stacks and 11 orphans.
on dedi-server 93 Stacks and 17 orphans.
on the Network weight i look normaly only on PC - it´s 600k - 1.700k.(my weight is 65699)
Have try to find nodes to add to config, but no luck with google, think this is my problem, that it´s to slow with 2 active connections.

I have checked my wallet and I can confirm last few days (starting from Jan 22) I got much more orphans than usual. I typically do not check that too often, and just let the wallet stake. I suppose those orphans are nothing to worry about, as you don't lose staking weight - the coins will stake again soon.
Probably just some bigger wallet started to stake lately. Did you check the net weight a week ago - was it smaller back then?

Actually there is a net weight chart on the overview page, but it is not practical at all, as it shows something like last 24 hours (1440 blocks). Would be much more useful to have a monthly chart there, or better make the period configurable.

but i see a other problem, when you really try to use the service of coin creation!
there are ~22mil coins, when you need 1mil to create your Coin(qubit), it´s hard to get for a fair price. on Cryptopia the total sell Volume is only 1353740, on Yobit ~2.2mil.
when more then 20 people want a coin now the price will explode and you must pay a lot of BTC!

Maybe. 23 orphans out of 153 stakes for the last 10-15 hours. At some times of day they are less (5-10%), other times - more (20-25%). Have 2 connections only.

Getting orphans during Staking is a normal thing. If you have connection issues you can try to add nodes in your .conf file.

The dev definitely isn't a scammer.  I'm an original ICO investor, and I've made money off this.

The ICO price was something like under 40 satoshi.  (I forget the exact figure, but that is close enough).  Over the weeks, I have sold a lot of coins at around 100 satoshi.  Overall, the price trend is up over time, though it does lean towards a wide spread for buy versus sell offers.

It is averaging multiple temporary buy surges a month, some days to weeks apart, whether due to purchases for coin creation services or whatever other reason.

I read that you can create a new coin using their wallet,is this true and possible I have not seen any coin created this wallet yet any example coming from users or those who are already using their wallet..

Until now the Dev Create the Coin Manual.

Inside the Wallet, you have a Menu, where you enter all the data, CoinName, maxCoin .....
then you pay and the Devs send you all the files.
Example: X11 Wallet POW only, cost  i think 400.000.
Best Download the Wallet and go on Coin Creation, then you can see the options and the prices.

It has a nice design.  Does the wallet stake well?   There's nothing anyone can do to close down the project, right?  I see it go up and down on the exchange.  No reason if the code is around that someone can't try to maintain it, when it does need maintenance, if there is enough at stake.

Yep, the wallet code is there, so the coin could be revived. I can run a public node, so there could be at least one connection available, so chain could move.

However the coin creation services are the core of the project, and someone should run them, so the project could survive.

Which expression do you mean..? "coin creation services"? That was the goal of this coin - people buy XCRE, then pay to devs for them to prepare now altcoins to launch. Devs do programming, fine-tune the new coin based on different existing codebases, then hand the code to the customer to launch and maintain the new coin.

So I downloaded the wallet, but it is not moving and there are no connections. The ICO is over right, why are there no connections. Using the Linux wallet.
