Its simple - give higher rewards. Ask yourself would you solve captcha for 50-100 satoshi? You can add games to your faucet and/or weekly lottery. Also promotion is important, so promote your faucet on other forums and social media. Ask rotator owners to put your faucet in rotator.

Try social media marketing like in facebook and twitter.You can give some rewards for those people who share your faucet link in their facebook pages related to bitcoins and in twitter accounts as well.This would get you some users from facebook from where you can get some good traffic.

Well the best and most easy way to get visitors in faucet is social media. You have to do a real advertising with full strength posting about your faucet on different groups and providing awareness to people, People gets attracted by promotions and something different try something new with your faucet and you will automatically have viewers. :)

I don't underestimate promotion, but I think that it is more important to improve your faucet as much as you can in order to get more visitors,If you offer high rewards and high referral commissions,make your site easy to use with no annoying pop-ups and difficult captchas then it is a matter of time until more people discover your faucet.

If you want get many visitors, you must give rewards and referral commission as high as you can.
Also, good sources of traffic is faucet rotators and lists. You have to contact owners of such sites. Just google "bitcoin faucet list" and contact few first sites from search results.

- Advertise it on social medias (Twitter, Facebook, Youtube);

I think you mentioned already all the means to promote the site. As a suggestion maybe you can increased the bounty or your rate on those faucets.Also,be sure that your faucets site are always filled up.
