This would allow anyone to vote the projects up or down This app should be free to list projects Voting and project submission should requite an account Something like a cross between wikipedia and reddit Looking for a developer to help work on this Title: Re: Create an open-source vote ICO list Post by: dollarneed on October 22, 2016, 06:52:08 AM I never heard this one before, this is might help people get some information before invest on those coins, however there are some ico list site out there, but there is no voting system like this one therefore i think this is good idea, make sure to create the app in all systems either in android or ios since there's lot of android user here, just saying.

I mean how are you planning to prevent people (owners of that ICO) to vote multiple times ? IP , HWID , MAC addresses can be changed , people could also install emulators (Bluestacks for example) in their computers and start voting from there and there is much more methods to screw the system ... I can't think of any solution for multiple/spammy votes myself.
