I believe that he is the lesser of two evils, and I think his policies are better for America than Clinton's. The districts for electoral votes are set and changed periodically. There is NOT ANY WAY a system of electoral votes will always reflect to the last percentage point the voting public. This is true of any parlimentary body with representatives.
