As far as I know these number are mobile numbers from Serbia, can we know the validity of one SIM, after how many months do we need to top-up it to extend the validity.

In order for the SIM to remain active, you need to make a top up of at least $2 every 3 months.
You can do that on many websites, however I can also provide it for btc if needed.

most payg sim are anonymous so u an buy a sim card anywhere but once you top it up then u can be traced
what about roaming charges I you can use them worldwide then u will be roaming when you send them out of the country

What's the point of having these? Just for phone verification? That is a really wasteful thing to do as there are quite a lot of ways you can just do which is cheaper and easier to do. Most countries have prepaid sim cards which they can just buy off the counter and be done with it. They still kept their identity a secret.

- What happens if the service provider decided to shut down all anonymous services? Will i be forced to verify as well?

No. We activate the card and make sure you can accept SMS in your country when the card arrives. You should reload the card once every 3 months with minimum $2 in order to keep it active.
