You know what, the only trusted investment on bitcoin is in trading. Never ever trust a ponzi site that to good to be true. I'm just basing my opinion on my experience.

It is always good to watch this threads, or at least check there services that you found in internet.

I used to judge majority of hyips/investment program related to bitcoin as follows;
- Does site pay high daily return ? if yes site will be surely scam in few days
- Does site have any real income source to give you return from investment ? If no -- scam
- Does site have complete company profile running it ? If no (don't include UK based paid companies as real company) -- probably will run away
- Does site pay high referral commision? IF yes --- scam

These are actually the things someone should check before investing somewhere as almost every scam site would probably have one of these qualities, though most of them build their trust among the users first to get higher amounts in scam but they would probably be spotted by the ones who notices these things.

Well, some sites pay very well as a return for the investment.
But every HYIP site will turn into a scam one or the other day in time. So It's actually about when you take your money out of your money from those sites.

If you can predict that then you can earn some nice returns without losing money.
Although I suggest trading is a lot better than these websites.

Did you mean buying and holding?  Actively trading would mean that you would usually need to keep a good amount of bitcoins on an exchange, and exchanges can be hacked.

I'm trying to invest on bankroll casino to test and see if it's really profitable. Looks the profit is sure. Nothing very profitable, but a small and safe return is possible to get. But as I said, I'm testing it yet.

Another investiments like technology and exchanges, I don't know, never saw any option to invest.

Only 1% is legit investment site in bitcoin the other 99% is ponzi hyip scams that tells you will get rich in weeks or months.

Its very hard to find good investments near to impossible.

Why do you people insist on calling ponzis and rubbish like that investments ?? They are not !! Do you know what the word invest means ? Investing is when you are investing in an actual thing or idea. Since when is a bullshit story and promising x amount of % per day investing ?? No investment ever will tell you what you can make because it is unknown. If they promise you a certain amount leave right there and then.

i am agree with this, because not all bitcoin sites is scam but we still to careful when we want to make investment on that site and don't invest all of your bitcoin so if something happen like the site going scam, you don't have to feel regret because you still have another bitcoin to start from beginning.

You would still be knowingly profiting from fraud, which is arguably nearly as bad as initiating the scheme. A person that does not have a problem with that might as well be running a ponzi scheme of their own.


To be fair, fixed-rate securities do exist. For example, if you purchase a government or company bond, you know exactly how much interest you will receive.

Exactly, an investment site or a platform would not tell you the exact amount you might earn for how many days of waiting, because if they are earning the money by mining or trading from your invested money then that wont be guaranteed ofcourse, and if someone guarantees you for such great returns then that is an obvious scam.

Check out before doing any action how long the site has been up and what's the transaction volume in it. And also I recommend checking the user reviews of the sites, but it seems that there is a counterfeited review as well, ppl are trolling so much these days. Just keep your common sense with you.

I'd always ask first if I stumble upon a new web service that offers cloud mining or daily % of income, tho I've invested something minimal into btcrocket.bz, I've seen a lot of posts saying that btcrocket.biz is a ponzi, but it's going good so far.

 It is clear that the ponzi hyip is scam when thay tell you will get rich in weeks or months. Be carefull!

I agree,  :) there is a lot of scam project but many doesn't mean all, a little background investigation about it is always necessary to take any kind of conclusion.

Check out for example the team i work with, they keep posting new stuff and have some really good project worth investing, as far as i know they test them to give more safety to the group and only after that they make publicity on the website.
Investigate the project, study them, ask them questions. they helped me a lot already in the project i joined, and i had already profit.

Always before investing money we have to make investigation, especially if it is about crypto-investment. This forum is full of scam attemts.
The easiest way is to type name of service in search engine of this forum, but if we can not find any informations, is always good to open topic with question in "Service Discussion" section. Just as many is scammers here, I believe that even more is people who sincerely will help.

Abide by the rule "if it seems too good to be true, it probably isn't true!" If the sites you are investing in is promising you insane amounts of interest and your investment will ROI in just a few days, that is definitely a Ponzi Scam. However, there have been plenty of sites that offer a little interest on your investments, but they still turn out to be scams. I've been studying HYIPs for quite awhile now. There has been trends with this HYIPs.
1. The promise of quick ROI.
2. Always situated in LONDON/UK. (There is a site where you just pay $10 to get a company certification, so HYIPs abuse this).
3. Bad grammar (most HYIP operators are Russians and Chinese, so expect really bad grammar).
4. They always have the following pages/features:
 a. Investment Calculator.
 b. FAQ page.
 c. Referral Page.
 d. Investment opportunities.
 e. Contact us.
 f. Very promising affiliate program.

In investing online, you have to judge for yourself if the company/entity you are investing in is legit. Scammers are getting better and better at their craft, and investors must spot them before they run with your money. Well, I hope this helps people. Good luck investing guys!

I'm never risking my bitcoin for any site since I'm ever bad experience for investing.
Sometimes people may be attract by their promo but the fact is they will eat most of your bitcoin when the time has come

It is true when you are investing your money be careful all the time you will not know that you deposited your money into a wrong one and you will cry coz you gonna lose your money. If you are going to risk then try gamblibg you have full control on your money afyer depositing not like in invwstment.

There are plenty good website that offer good earning from day 1 to day 10 but be smart when you are depositing bitcoin sometimes the more we greed the more we lose our bitcoin don't be greedy on wealth and you are going to be safe but if you want to invest your bitcoin in website just to make profit then you really lose your bitcoin.

Some sites even don't wait for the right time so that they can get some more investments because they know they will be suspected and they just accumulate a little bitcoins and run away, and some of them wait for sometime and in those sites the early birds get their profits.

You have written a good post regarding how to find scam sites. I have to agree with you in all points. Scammers are getting smart these days and investors have to be very careful before investing in anything. I suggest every new investors to invest funds that is yours and that you are ready to take risks with. Else don't invest at all.

I have learned from the past, so this time I have never been interested investing in any bitcoin sites. I just believe investing in altcoin or grow my own way on trading. because I am sure, there are not legit sites bitcoin investments, in addition to investing in gambling that can still be profitable.

I did some mistakes on the past also trusting on some bad sites to invest my satoshis... But now I know that 98% of investiments on the internet are just ponzis, hyips. And when we see the legit sites the income doesn't worth. So the conclusion is that hold BTCs is the best option.

Maybe invest on casino bankrolls can be a good idea also, just need to choose a legit one.

agree with you trading more profitable to grow our money, many site who offer investing in bitcoin and giving high return profit is a scam they only need to wait until collecting much money from investor after that they run with the money and then the site will down.
But the fact in my facebook account many people join the bitcoin investment and now they using telegram app to collect the investor, i dont know why people still believing and put their money in scam investment

Unfortunatelly, if I use them to all investment sites I know, they all turn out to be scams. And it is very likely that they really all are scams.

There are  really many  cool looking investments sites  out there  and they would   definitely make an attractive site  so that they could able  to  convince many  potential   investors  on their   website. Specifically, be careful with exchanges. I had some bitcoins stolen by cryptsy when they closed down their website. You can't fully trust anyone because there is almost no way to catch the criminals.

Reading  their ANN  forum  must  be  read   if  you are  intending to invest to an  ICO  because you would  see there  if the coin has the  potential and also be sure to identify its devs  if they are reputable and good enough. DOnt invest to those   have shady devs on a certain altcoin  those kinds are  most likely scams  in the end. Investing  on ICO are quite risky as  of today because  of  scam incidents.

Exactly investing in ICO involves huge risk as its hard to find trusted devs nowadays as most them have intention of feeling their own pockets and they have made enough money they will simply disappear in future so the best way to invest your bitcoins is to invest them in altcoins and wait for the right time to sell to make profits from it.

When I started in the bitcoin world 4 mounth ago. I wanted to try an investment in mining online, I tried to get the much information possible. I was ready to buy some computer power and the website was not reachable and it turned out to be a scam.

That is a possibilite, but some people want fastest profit, and I agree with them. When you just hold bitcoins, need to wait too much time to receive profit income, when you invest money the profit comes faster.
Many expertises say that mining investiment isn't good, low profit and scammers running it. But keep looking for good investiments options.

I think that is a very good advice for everybody, investing in bitcoin world is full of scammer, so you really need to find a lot of information about the site and if possible search from the user review, but holding bitcoin itself is already a great investment and it is a safer investment

This is sound advice. Have been into bitcoin for 4 years, made a new account and need to post here to up my post count, but the most consistent way to invest in btc is to buy and hold. Knowing that your coins are safe in cold storage it a lot more comfortable than the stress of wondering if you just lost big time to some scam :) Bitcoin history will show you that there have been countless scams to separate users from their bitcoins!

My concern is before investing you have to choose which one is good for you, we cannot easily predict how much we make  and how much we are going to loose, even nobody don't which site will give profit. Some time we can easily predict which one is good investment. Better choose the good and make wise decision before investing.

Exactly, you must be careful and do your due diligence before investing on any websites with you are earned bitcoin currency. Imagine your work for 2 mouths and you got 0.02 Bitcoin into you wallet. You invest it on a website that promise you to double it in 2 weeks.

The next morning you check the website and find it does not exist anymore, you feel guilty and the pain inside.

That's a great choice. Choose trading over gambling because in trading it gives a better chance to grow you bitcoin fast in a safer way rather than gambling. In my opinion, It is normal for a trader to earn small profits in his newbie part or starting part of his trading journey just be patient and someday it will payoff and you will earn bigger amount of profits than before.

Agree,  trading  is  much far away better than  gambling and  you are  right  in  trading we could  possibly make  profits on the  long run and  as you mentioned  its  not a   overnight making money  machine  because   it would really takes time   for you  to be  able to mastered trading  on  profitable way.  In investing  on some sites we should really be aware  on where  to  put  our money  because there are  lots of  scams  do scattered everywhere. Keep the progress with trading and add the capital you are using in gambling into trading too, that would give a small boost to your trading profits as profit in trading depends on your capital, and gambling is not really a investment place but it is just for fun, don't gamble for profits or you will regret it later.

I always put my money into ponzi sites and not hyips, because ponzi sites like doublers have a fair chance sometimes when they are new and returns are guaranteed (at least based on what I have seen), though I am not recommending this to anyone because it is lot risky and you may even get scammed.

I would not suggest any cloud mining buddy, most of them are scammers only. I would suggest you to start trade if you have enough fund for investment. I would suggest yobit, polenix or localbitcoins.

I've been looking at some of the websites that exist, and it can be brutal to determine which ones to invest in.

I don't know if a lot of these are even worth it half the time. It doesn't look like the ROIs are worth the constant risk of a Bitcoin-based investment.

Before investing we have to check the reputations of the site, how they are paying so much % and where they are getting money to pay that much huge %. We are here to earn but not for loosing, so people make wise decisions while investing.

I always be smart when it comes of investment website even it's newly born i don't trust website that are not famous yet or i always check the background before i put my money there even though i get 10% of my return investment this is acutually good some times i just invest once and never tried again.

Instead of testing once, I always want to stay away from any such type of investment sites. Because, I heard about many programs which were intentionally started as scam from day one. These type of sites are highly dangerous for your investments as there not allowing to test them even for only once.

I am not familiar with gambling. About the investment, the first time I always check homepage of the site. if it looks like a cheap website or similar to another site, I immediately leave.

Next, I check from the business community that I follow, if some important people follow or refer to the group, I still continue to analyze potential invest these sites, good business usually creates a great community in social media in a short time pre-launch (3-4 months before the investment starts).

But not everything is 100% scam, to invest my money. The main targets fixed return on investment for a reasonable time.

If you want to invest in some sites that aren't you sure if that sites will last long, invest with your own risk and put only the amount that you can afford to lose. You can always research them thoroughly to find if that site provide real profits, but some dubious inevstment sites can outsmart people into thinking that their site is legit.

its good for you, i think 0.1 is enough to make trading and its fine if you can get little profit and i am sure if you can learn more from trading you've made, then you can make middle until big profit like pro trader. but don't follow what people said, just trust yourself and do trading. and you should stay away from gambling first, learn your trading methods and find the best methods that really work for you.

Im done with those hyip and doublers. They took my 0.005 btc . Thats my payment  in my current signature campaign.

You were receiving 2 % per day (!). That is almost certainly a ponzi scheme, which is a type of fraud. If the web site is offline your money is gone.

Sorry to say, but MartinL have right. MINR.BIZ is offline and it is/was classic Ponzi scam.

Investing in gambling is not such an easy job it really need a courage and everyone do not have that courage, as gambling is one of the most risky way of making money but if you are lucky and having some good skill and experience in gambling then you can really make good money in gambling.

You are right, i am certain with you, many sites are here who offer us to invest the bitcoin and they give us good and more than good profit, and as i know many members do greedy and than they invest their bitcoin, and in the end, nothing left.
I also have that kind of incident, and in this way i have lost my bitcoin. So that was my first time and last time investment in any online sites .

Do lots of research. 99% of HYIPS are scams and same for bitcoin loans. Not worth the small interest payouts

HYIPs are scam, but 100% HYIPs would give you something during the beginning, so I don't think that taking a chance would lose you anything.

For hyips no one needs to be wise at all but they should simply not join them at first place, because every hyip program is a scam actually no matter if they pay some early investors but at the end they will run away with the money of bitcoiners like usual.

The problem is that usually someone from a group of friends, investing to the HYIP. At the beginning earns (as always) and tells everyone what a great deal and how easy he makes money. Unaware of the trap friends also try to make a business of life and do what he did. Mostly in this moment the story ends and they all lose money.
Never belive in easy money!

If they are hyip or doubler sites they all end up the same way:
Investor's losing all their bitcoins when the site decides they have made enough and runs away with the bitcoins they have collected.

Because of my experience before when i was a victim of the 2 website last year that i thought that can gives me a passive income without working and i can grow my bitcoins there.. i trust them in the first time because many people are saying that it is legit and they have a proof of withdrawals.. but few days or week because of reaching a roi and i can withdraw it.. i try to withdraw but pending withdrawal and  never withdraw it..
But because of them i came here in forum asking how to recover those investment before.. now i learn from many bitcoiners here that those site hyip cloud mining or any investment site that there is no real they are just fake and if they are get their goal they will run..
So better to stay away in any investment site.. but now we are seeing new investment site that you can invest into bankroll since they are still alive from last and until now they are giving this investment site but there is a risk since the investment is depends of the game of the gamblers if gamblers are lose you making profit..

Bitcoin with each passing day it becomes more popular. It attracts new users who are unaware of the risks. When they find out about the possibility of a fast buck, they easily fall into the trap of such scammers.
That's why are threads like this - to warn "Newbies" about traps of "easy money".

i have this experience too because i have a group in whatsapp and many of them especially newly people join in that group, they ask if there is another way to make earning bitcoin with easy. and many member of that group is suggesting to join the HYIP programs in under them, and they did join. but after a while, i think its about 14 days, the site is not paying and finally the site is closed. but the good thing here is, the newly people is not get angry, sad, or whatever because they realize that something they invest will give them a good profit or even a loss. so they will not make it for the second chance. just be careful if we want to join HYIP programs.

Thats why we still have so many scammers over here, there are still many people learning about btc, blockchain etc.

You are right , Also also sees me many better looking sites which ran away after a big scam .
For example hashocean , voice , cryptonium etc came in Bitcoin world for big deal but ran away with a big-big scam .

There are a lot of programms out there, cloud mining systems for example, who are searching people who want to get money for sitting a side.
Those programms are all scams.
It's relatively simple if you think about it: Why would they need your money when they can achieve miracles with their own money?

Yes, I was looking today some ads on faucet sites and there are a lot of scammers, ponzies, hyips... Too many sites offering 0.1%-0.15% interest hourly, new scam cloud mining offering ROI in 2-5 months, wow!

For a newbie it can look the wonderful world of BTCs, but to ''resist'' the tentation, they should just think twice, and they will reach to the conclusion that if they send money to the scheme, they will just lose money, and it won't bring them any benefits. I think the number of people investing on these sites decreased from the last year to now, because people are aware about it.

You can never stop a.person in creating scam sites ,cause thats thier only way to earn bitcoin. Be wise to in dealing with them. Youre only weapon on this sites is to be smart, search for good feedbacks before dealing with them

those various bitcoin websites are just offering a good profit to attract bitcoin users especially the newcomers and you are right no matter how good the certain website appears to you it is still a possible scam . I was once a newcomer and we all were and probably we all experienced to be scammed multiple times in that way we understand gradually these business and we gain awareness which sites should we trust or what we should not .

I,as a newcomer been scammed multiple times,after i got into this forum and read about everything i realized that there are no easy money in the bitcoinworld.you cannot be wealthy just by sitting and seeing your money work for you just like what scammers told.

The last one I noticed was a "gofundme" type of website. Here's how it worked. A new client would pick a charity (usually, not for a charity, but for an actual person) and send bitcoins to that btc address. You do that to 2 charities. Then you get your own "charity" and convince others to send funds. A classic example of Ponzi scheme. They advertise that upper level tiers are earning 50k a month. Of coarse right?

Actually the scam rate is too high nowadays .well thats y i think people are not investing so much in these website .well they used to do it before .nowadays it s difficult and quite risky .
