Post by: The_FluffyBunny on October 26, 2016, 10:54:36 AM
Title pretty much self-explanatory.

I'm looking for the cheapest exchanges to borrow and go long bitcoin.
The funds don't have to withdrawable.

Thanks in advance!

I'm confused , are you looking for an exchange or a Lending platform ? If it's for lending then BTCJam and Loanbase are probably the most known and used - If you want an exchange then It depends on the payment methods (Coinbase,Circle If fiat) , Poloniex/Bittrex (If alts coins)

Do you mean, you will use in margin trading? AFAIK, poloniex is offering this margin trading. They will let you borrow and trade but you can not withdraw it unless you stop margin trade and settle.

Bitmex offers a 100x leverage, you can change this if you don't want 100x, the funding rates are variable and usually alter depending on recent changes in the price of bitcoin. For example, right now it is 0.1%. However, funding can also be negative, I have seen the percentage -0.3% before meaning you get paid to borrow bitcoins. The rate changes every 8 hours.

but be careful, if you don't have experience on trading or you are new in trading, you can not make money. beside that, if you only have small funds to trading with margin trading, i think its hard to make a big money.

Thanks for the advice, I never tried margin trading either. :D I and I am not confident to used it. I just park my funds in lending section there to be used by margin traders. Though it earn a minimal interest, its ok for me.
