Yours and 50 000 more transactions are waiting, mempool @30 mb  It could take a fair while until it gets confirmed.
There's also a warning about spending an unconfirmed amount, and having non standard input..

If it is too hard, you should only focus on "yours are waiting, it could take a fair while until it gets confirmed", you can understand that as your transaction is not yet processed, that is why it's still pending, and you shouldn't be too worried because there are (currently as I wrote) 51,650 other transaction that still pending so you are not alone

Mostly because of the transaction fee is very low, so they set your priority to well... not too great. I don't know if this will help or is understandable enough for you, but please read on https://coinatmradar.com/blog/bitcoin-atm-transaction-is-delayed-what-to-do/ you will find your problem being explained on the latest section

A lot of people are having this same problem. You need to wait as the money will eventually reach it's destination or turn back to you after a few days if the network rejects such transaction. To make sure to get a confirmation sooner rather than later we should use a fee of 0.0005 Btc/Kb and since a lot of transactions are less than 1 kb when you are sending from one address to another one, you can use 0.0007 btc as fee and you will see fast confirmations. We can only wait now.

It will get confirmation soon the first transaction you have posted here, it has a good fee of 0.0015 btc and the transaction is 2.5 kb so minimum fee to be accepted needs to be 0.0015 which you have. Don't worry.

OP, your tx is taking very long to confirm because the input you're using is still unconfirmed. Your tx fee is okay but it won't be confirmed before the input transaction (https://blockchain.info/tx/a4c730884fcd127a45d90a36bbfd0dfe8b9a46053db9f644eb7c413094b41109) does.

Rebroadcast doesn't really help because all it does is tell nodes about your tx.

Buddy could you tell me which country you are from and who is the service provider for your debit card and please let me know the ATM provider in your country. Don't think these areas stupid questions why I am asking these questions is because I would like to know the service providers of this btc atm network.

Not sure what will happen if you use bitcoin ATM because I never use them, but if you do "usual" transaction (i.e. transfer between address) it will return back to the sender's wallet after several days.

Yours and 50 000 more transactions are waiting, mempool @30 mb  It could take a fair while until it gets confirmed.

this information is good. i think that system is just cant handle that fast thats why your transaction is just waiting. always remember that waiting is just a virtue. hahaha

Haha :D yeah! And based on your transaction. It is already confirmed. Now in terms of depositing online. Maybe it is slow because the bank you are using have many transactions also causing the delay. Plus, the blockchain also has many transactions to be confirmed and it takes about 2-4 hours before it can accumulate 6 confirmations. And when you have your transaction details, there is nothing to worry about because you can tract your transactions with that link.
