Seems that somebody deleted all the files on the server (it's not down) and the site now is clear with a "Index Of" page which shows nothing?

Just gone through url and nothing, it was just a waste to create ANN without any actual project to show and only big promises.

This sound more likely an upgrade plan just like in hyips. Better to set productivity based on the user activities on those shorten links advertisements or time period users spend browsing through full banner ads on shorten links.

Yeah thats totally i waste of time for people who will gonna use and share some links since the payments is super duper low that we can't feel if we get paid, this kind of shortening url will be down since OP Doesn't pay some decent amount to the people, and he should really think that decent payments makes people get more attracted, but well it is his decision to do so and surely this site will be turn down. The difference is that this shortening service (if it was properly implemented and working, that is) works totally independent and beside publishing popular link somewhere you don't have to do anything.
Earning BTC via file shorteners is a definition of a passive income. With faucets you have to be present to collect rewards - so it is a difference.

If some url shortener is not going through ipcheck then it simply means its a fake one as you can go nuerous timesif it happens as such. The url shortener you have provided on here is not configured properly and you should firts test it urself , better go for some other shortener.
