If you mean a vacancy for signature campaign, I'm afraid your option will be extremely limited. But you can check them yourself here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=615953.0). Look for the last page, Fatanut will usually give a very updated table. If you insist on campaign and didn't limit your choice only to payment on bitcoin, you can have altcoin campaign. As far as I know, there were not anyone who compile a complete and well updated list, not in English anyway.

However, if you look for a part time job that is other than signature, your option will be very wide. There are actually so many things that newbie and Jr can do on this forum. You can check here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=985550.0), I never checked them but I think you can give them a try. Also you can apply for coin bounty like designing signature or compiling wallet or other skill-related job that frequently offered on marketplace (altcoin) (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=161.0) or altcoin service announcement (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=197.0) section.

Lastly, I think you better move this thread to beginner and help (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=39.0) because... well, I just don't think it's the right section for this question
