Your websites user interface is not really high catching, i won't say it is a scam attempt of something without any research or sure proofs but to be honest if someone looks at the site they would probably not like investing in it.
By the way, you should move your thread to Service announcements with more details in the OP.

Hmmm. Would probably have more chance operating as a local exchange. Frankly, it looks like so many other start-ups, hopeful, would-be exchange. Could be legit, could be a scam. I doubt anyone would actually use it.
Also, it looks like you're planning to operate as an international exchange yet you rely on google translate? Can't even hire a proper translator for the site.I had to click on google translate just so I could even read it.
Another thing, I keep reading about compliance to Dutch law and so on, is this even actually a legally registered business? If so, where are the credentials and supporting docs, etc.
Anyway, doesn't really matter to me since I for one am not gonna use it.
