Not really.
There are a lot conspiracy theories on Internet that GMO food is unhealthy, that mobile phones causing cancer, that vaccinations can lead to autism children etc but there is no real proofs for any of this claims.
In today modern Internet age, anybody can write whatever he/she like and make any claim, but if we want to find real truth, we have to consult experts and not to believe so called ''Internet gurus and expert''.
It's my opinion.

I'm afraid of vaccinations. I worry not for myself, but for her child. Some vaccines are required. Sometimes in the media say that after the vaccine the child died. I am very afraid of

And I'm afraid of war. And not because I'm afraid to die, but because they do not want to live in the basement without all the benefits to which already got used to it and don't want to starve.

I am afraid of food products with food additives. I did such products not to buy. Only I'm afraid I don't always write about them on the package.

I've taken and used everything on the list, and I'm still alive.

And I don't really know of someone who did die from one of these, so no I'm not afraid of any of them.

Except of course if that "vaccination" is lethal injection lol

All of these things are the most common conspiracies that dense minded people are believing wheb they see it on facebook or smthn like that. But no, i dont fear any of those things.

No. There's more important things to worry about.
There are however a certain select group of people that want you to worry about them.

None of it because we cannot prohibit ourselves in consuming and using them day by day.  For example the gmo foods, we do not know and most people do not know about it.  We do not care about what we eat because what is most important is to eat.  All the things you have listed are almost impossible to avoid.

I'm don't afraid any of these things.
I'm trying to eat food which are tasty for me and trying to choose by the quality.
What about microwave ovens and mobile telephones: maybe it have little negative affect to people health, but it's not proved about meaningful affect. In modern world we have many things which have negative affect to people health: car exhausting fumes, air pollution and many others. Are we need to care much about it?
Medicaments and vaccination: now I'm young and healthy, so I don't need use medicaments often. I'm only using when it' necessary. But look at average time of life. Now people lives longer than ever before. So, these things don't have big negative affect to people health (and some of them helps). So, why I should be afraid?

ah yes, and those people are the jews.. :D but yes, these things look like the most common "conspiracies" in todays time.

i fear none of the above. it's impressive how long we're living considering the filth we're pumping into ourselves and the world around us.

it is right to be worried about the political and corporate implications. gmo crops means handing control of our food to corporations.

Well as long as these are being used correctly and regulated, i don't think there's anything to fear. Most of these on the list actually have good effects if you think about it. Regulation i think is they key here

I have none of the above does not scare. There are things much worse than that to worry about.

From that list I would fear vaccinations, because you never know of any possible hidden agendas that can come at any time. As well with medicaments. I don't feaer eating GMO food, because it's just the same hydro carbons, but very much dislike the GMO companies tactics. Such as putting a patent on their seeds, and if any of them just happen to land on a farmer's farm in a natural way, through the wind, etc? They sue them out of competition. Evil companies. Monsantos.

The main thing is not to dwell on it. We all realize that the above list carries a certain risk. But do not worry too much about it. Just live and enjoy life

Voted YES, because I do fear one particular thing from this list. It's medicaments. I think people in the modern world underestimate the harm they can get from medicaments. They know very well that smoking is bad for your health, as drinking alcohol, as taking illegal druds. But they rarely realise that legal drugs are drugs too and they also bad for your health if you are overusing them.

Yes, that's for sure. people can trust the medicine, and not understand the harm of legal drugs. to medicines should be taken very, very carefully

None of the above I do not care. I do not attach any importance to such things. I just live and do not think about these dangers. After all, if you think about it can be found all over the threat to life and livelihood
