One quick question, is it emplying or employing? Just wanna make sure if it's a type error or not.

Besides the emplying part I am also curious to what this "interesting" mean. Is it also a typo which meant to say if anyone is interested or is it part of qualification that this female should be interesting?

If you're doing PR then it would be expected that you would be somewhat interesting, though I believe this was a typo of 'interested'.

interesting=interesting  （no mistake) you should be humurous， conversational，and also in fluent English, don't make mistakes like me, made employ to emply

I guess, immediately you need an English tutor (gender no bar, preferably) for better writing for you. ;)

girlbtc.com that's not the right answer.If your site is only for female then its okay you can hire only female staff.If your site is open for all then only female staff should be discrimination.

You can message all the forum members with Female tags on their forum profiles, but I think you will get very disappointed during the 'interview' because it's a 100% chance that all of them are probably quirky neckbeards pretending to be girls over the Internet.

girlbtc doesn't have how to know if the person is a real woman or a man.
Only way to know is if his or her employees will work via Skype or Webcam, so OP will really need women to do the job. :P

For the moment it seems like he only need a girl. Also as he is chinese and is not good in english it seems like he wants someone to translate his words to the forum or his players. So you should be good in english as well.

Those are the only 2 things which he is looking for.

I do not recommend sending a message to all the girls on the forum .. might have to end up very badly! Most likely temporary ban for the sender ..
