I've tryed to format the pc and install windows 8 but the messagge persist. :'( :'( :'( :'( :'( :'(
How i can start mining?
I've tryed to download the file opencl.dll too, but the next messagge is error 0x00007 couldn't run application.
How I can to do?

Try reinstalling the latest video drivers from Nvidia. I think others are using Windows 10 and some Windows 7. Win 8 should work I guess.

You also may get more results by posting in the Altcoin Mining forum.

Just write in the claymore's thread - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1433925.0

Before that reinstall the drivers. Also you should give more information about your system and you will receive better answers.

A probable cause would be heat. Make sure that your GPU receives sufficient air flow ant that fans are autotuned according to temperature. Many people mining on windows use programs ike MSI sfterburner to configure their fans and have stable settings. Letting em run at 100% would be an option too. Also watch the thread to see if a certain driver version is recommended, other than the onebyou have installed.
