Since Bitfinex got hacked and a lot of people left them , Poloniex is taking the lead : https://coinmarketcap.com/exchanges/volume/24-hour/ (with +40 million dollar in 24 hours ) . It would be a wise idea to still avoid bitfinex. Well you should really avoid keeping money on any exchange in case they get hacked. So really I'd say whatever you do, don't keep everything on one exchange while you're trading and while you're dormant (sleeping/offline) pull out of everything. |
