how to increase transaction fee at multibit v0.5 ?

it set on 10k satoshi and i want to change it to 30k satoshi.

It's not possible to do that in Multibit classic as mentioned here : http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/13733/how-do-i-set-the-transaction-fee-in-multibit  . It's possible to adjust the fees in Multibit HD using the fee slider though.

I guess you mean multibit classic.  Go to View > Preferences.  If you don't see it then you need to update (older versions doesn't have it).

so how to i upgrade mutibit 0.5 to multibit hd without losing my coins and my address?

Can't for your addresses.  Multibit HD doesn't have import address feature.  You'll have to transfer your coins to your new address(es).
BTW above I was talking about updating to multibit classic 0.5.18.  It does have a fee slider.

Edit:
Of course you can just keep Multibit Classic installed so you can use your old addresses when you need to.  Or export the keys but you'll need another wallet to import for that.

thanks, i download v 0.5.19 paid 30200 fee for 0.1 btc and transaction went in 5 minutes!
