It's not possible to do that in Multibit classic as mentioned here : http://bitcoin.stackexchange.com/questions/13733/how-do-i-set-the-transaction-fee-in-multibit . I guess you mean multibit classic. Go to View > Preferences. If you don't see it then you need to update (older versions doesn't have it). Multibit HD doesn't have import address feature. You'll have to transfer your coins to your new address(es). BTW above I was talking about updating to multibit classic 0.5.18. It does have a fee slider. Edit: Of course you can just keep Multibit Classic installed so you can use your old addresses when you need to.
