Now. My idea was to start off with few games i feel should be most important and i see most often in bitcoin casinos. Roulette, Blackjack, Dice and Wheel of fortune. Roulette is still under development, hopefully i will finish it soon while i already have other games ready.

Of course games offer will expand to slots and hopefully one day multiplayer poker.

Now my question is: Why would you come to play in my casino rather than in some other? Is that cashback, welcome bonuses, loyalty rewards, provably fair games or anything else just name it here.

For example i usually hate bonuses (except in bookmakers where i use them for arbitrage lol) but i like loyalty rewards.

I would play in your casino if you guys have like instant deposits people don't usually like waiting for confirmations now that the average waiting time has gone up this past week. Adding cashback in your casino is good I sometimes play on other casinos on a specific day just to be eligible on their cashback offer. I suggest adding a chatbox in your casino would be nice.

Is sportsbook is on your plan to add there with live betting option, rest of the games are looking nice and most of the people like to play dice game, but slots with progressive jackpot would be good one to add it there, instant withdrawal and attractive promotion will be nice to launch any casino.

Generally tbh, as long as a site is not rigged and when user win and they paid, i am willing to lose to the casino as the edge is fair.

Therefore i would say perhaps if you wanted to start a BTC Casino, try your best to make sure your site is really having a good reputation

Your site can have not more than 10 player but you should have a clean reputation for that.

All your under developed games are casino related so you need to work a lot to gain the trust of the players and also dra wtheir attention towards your site to give the games a try at least. You can not drive fresh players to a casino related site without offering them any type of risk free bonus or credit. You should be aware of the hard competition. A well designed site with uder friendly interface will make its place with some efforts in my opinion.

Yes the signup bonus and deposit bonus and another type of promotions are common so try with new things. What you said this is good come up with new games. The games should be very attractive, and the games should be very easy to play. Then only people will addict to your site. With this games you provide remaining promotions then I am sure your site will become famous within few days.

I haven't played in a normal new site since ages , cause the market is full of good options these days
so in order to get customers you should offer better things than other sites like lower house edge , new games , better VIP program .. etc
sometimes the design attract the players , but I care more about the things that I have mentioned

Well regarding sportsbook im not sure yet. I dont wanna rush into buying ready-made script as i feel i will have extremly hard time fixing all the bugs. But over time there is a possibility that i will hire someone to create it from scratch. Yeah I see that, you also really need to hire a good moderator imo, which he must be a well known person in some forum especially in gambling board, so I guess he will attract some people to join your site. Another note on that, I find that people tend to play more on freshly developed sites and not on ready made scripts, as it takes away the element of trust. I personally never play on sites made by using scripts, but others might have a different take on this.

Not really. Instant deposits are not a problem as long as they are not doing withdrawals before confirmations. Nitrogensports for example allows instant deposits except for use on poker because that is not against the house. But they only allow withdrawals after 1-2 confirmations.

Provably fair is the most important thing must be always implement to gambling site, people will not register or even click on your site when there's no provably fair.

Loyalty reward maybe the best thing to implement, its can be a push your member to always play to your site. i think the loyalty reward should be like this: people who played over "x" months can be earn loyalty reward, the loyalty reward can be give to loyal member every "x" weeks/ "x" months while the member still play, if the member not play anymore for example "x" weeks, the reward will be stoped.
