This campaign pay rates is awesome but is the payment funds escrowed ? my question is motivated by past experience of good campaign with payment failure.

Just want to ask  why the  payout  is  too early hence we  started on  nov. 1 and  the  payout  was  nov 6.  yesterday,  i didnt expect that  and  doesnt able  to post  to the  minimum requirement.

No, you won't get any rewards for keeping the signature on you. Since this campaign will last until this week. And you can't reapply here because it is not sure if this campaign will start a new one, extend for some time or not. But I would gladly to join here if it happens.
