Title: [Help] Importing Android bitcoin wallet to Bitcoin-qt Post by: DentalPlan on November 02, 2016, 01:33:53 AM So I've been using a mobile wallet instead of bitcoin-qt or any of those other major wallets. I need to "sign" a message, but my app doesn't offer that.
I'm in need of a little help Wallet i'm currently using : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.schildbach.wallet&hl=en I've read online, i can "decrypt" my wallet backup to get my privkey in order to use it with Bitcoin-QT...but how to do this, is wayyyyyyy beyond my capabilities. does anyone have a solution for this? This would let you then extract the keys from the encrypted wallet so that you can import them to another wallet.

I downloaded BitcoinJ from github, so i have everything to do it...but not exactly sure how to compile it into a workable program
