I could do this for you.
Just send me a pm with the paypal address to send to and let me know the way you would need it sent. F&F or G&S.
My balance is is in USD so you need to factor in any currency exchange conversion charge they would put on and add that to the amount of btc you will be sending.
The address is the same as the one in my profile.

Sorry, but i'm not familiar with PayPal. Not sure how to calculate Dollars to Euro.. Do i have to check PayPal rates before, or you will tell me how much it is in Dollars when you do transfer?

About the way of transfer, as i know, the most safe for me is friends&family.. and there is no fees, so maybe in that way?

Yes i need to buy something online, exactly i need 6 euro, but to don't have surprises with fees i ask for 7 euros.

Rates are good for me.

Can anyone more experianced confirm that "gift" can not be charge back?

There are fees included when doing a currency conversion just like with any payment processor out there.
The banks charge their fee for doing this (unless you have a special monthly plan with them that you pay for) so what makes you think paypal won't?  :-\

If you did not do this yet I can do this and accept your request to send it as friends&family.
I will make sure you get the euro amount that you need even if there is a conversion rate applied.

No one is surprised about fees that services charge for currency conversion. I wrote that i need 6 euros, but for any case (as well for fees) im asking for 7 euros :)

More important for me is information which option of sending transfer vie PayPal can not be charged back?
I know that only one is almost impossible to charge back, but i don't remember if it was friends&family, as a gift or something else? Can someone confirm that for me?

Thanks.

Thanks for your answer. I'm waiting for PM from cashfairy. Probably it will be possible to do this deal with him.. but i will need just one more confirmation. If he will not answer in 1 hour i will be back to you.

Well ok then.
And to answer your question about F&F and G&S.
It is sending by goods and services that can be charged back more easily since you would need to send them shipping information because the buyer can just say that you did not send the goods that you bought and that needs some kind of proof of purchase like a receipt or a shipping statement that usually paypal asked for to rule the dispute in the seller's favor if the buyer does file a dispute (chargeback with in 180 days).
So in closing here: Be wary with who you do a paypal trade with because you can be the at the losing end of the stick.
Just a fair warning to you friend. ;)

So as i good remember goods&services can be charge back. Family&friends is more difficult, someone have to proof that transaction was not authorized (hacked or someone do this transaction in other way without the knowledge of the account holder).

I think i will ask cashfairy to use F&F option..

Good luck to you with a junior member here with a reversible payment method and with the currency conversion that I hear is a bit of a problem because last time they charged me 1.7 euros on a 4.6 euros sent to a USD account. So highly not worth it for the sender if they don't know what they are doing. :-\
And you can not reverse the payment and get back the money because paypal keeps the conversion fees.
I learned that the hard way. :-[

In this transaction we don't need currency conversion - we both have EUR accounts.
Transaction was sended as Friends.. so is extreamly difficult to do charge back - especially for 7 euros.

cashfairy on bitcointalk have only Jr.Member rank, but he proove me his VERY GOOD reputation on other forum.

awesome ,deal completed
thanks a lot !  :)

I also thank you for all informations and smooth transaction!

Shortly i will update info in your trust section.

Cheers!
