go there and check out. the main reason of limited paypal is verification. if you find a way to verify your account your account's limit will be removed. are you from a country where paypal not supported? Usually depends upon the type of limitation you have got, if your account is limited for usual 180 days than you have no choice than waiting for 180 days to get your funds back.And another case could be your limitation on transaction volume as an unverified member have reached and you need to verify your account to increase this limitation, in this case i have also seen few people offering verification of your paypal account to increase your limitation however most of them may just scam you and run away with those limited funds. Then, as some people already said, it will be easier to verify your account than to pay some service offered by someone. Mostly because the verification process is free and it surely is a lot more convenient than having to pay someone.

I already verification my PP but I just got limit by doing the normal transaction (in the eyes of the system are identification by the suspicious transaction).
