What do you have to offer to cover those ammount, because here in the general no one give loans without any valid colateral, usually the colateral might be altcoins as well forum accounts some users do accept others things, let me know which colateral you do have. Wallet account? It doesnt't worth anything. Even you give you current wallet as collateral you can still simply make a new wallet and forget about the first one, voila free .1btc for you.
