Got a bit more BTC.
If you buy less than $3 rate is preev+0 else is preev+15%

You give $2 PayPal you get $2 BTC
You give $11 PayPal you get $10 BTC

strange point, you do everything in reverse,
in normal business, the higher the amount the lower the price.(higher discount)

and post above contrary to your OP.

by the way I can buy all you btc , I will charge 5% at preev rate

Higher the amount, higher the risk ;)
Thanks, I edited it.
What do you mean with 5%?

If you mean that you will give $52.5 for $50 bitcoin than I can't sell that much for low(5%) rate as I am not really in a hurry to sell.

you still continue be confusing, , you title and OP say prev 0%, thats mean $50btc =$50usd.
but according you  last post, you even not will sell with 5% premium.(what  I do not propose even)

You have been warned !

Paypal gift may not help you get what you want . You are suggested to ask for sending paypal with a message that the buyer is satisfied with your services . Paypal was reluctant to accepting or validating any cryptocurrency transaction earlier which acted as a plus point for scammers. Now after being an independent company I am not sure what are their terms for cryptocurrencies .

any message not helps, if buyer will send from hacked pp account,
and later real owner start an unauthorized transaction claim.

How much have you got available? Are you willing to send first to me? Only reason I ask is your trust level is 0 so reluctant to send first as I has been scammed before.
