Title: 1.1+ BTC - Bitsler.com [SCAM] Please do not deposit to Bitsler.
Post by: Dorritulx_TEMP on November 04, 2016, 09:12:07 PM
This is in regards to one of their administrators - Baryom.

Do not pass over this as another angry degenerate who is claiming of rigging the site. I've lost well over 6 BTC on Bitsler and it's a pretty fun game. However, being a new site, the site is full of bugs. I have come across multiple bugs all reported. Even major ones I've reported, they insist it never happened. I send screenshots, etc. and they try to find an excuse that it's not a bug. The casino is run by 3rd-world owners who aren't strong in English... and aren't very friendly.

This is an accusation of fraudulent practices. Baryom is a pretty big cunt as most of the players their know, however he notices that I get mad each time I lose: a sign of a compulsive gambler. (Okay, I am kind of admitting to being one). He noticed this pretty quickly. Upon depositing a big amount, I won and was planning to withdraw. Since you need 1 confirmation to withdraw, I check the blockchain, and yeah. 1 confirmation. I go ahead and try to withdraw, guess what. "Your account needs 1 confirmation to withdraw...".

I know for a fact Baryom is up to something, because he was online watching me bet the whole time. This error never happened before. Of course, after trying several times to withdraw, I decided to gamble the BTC. Of course, I lost it all (1.114 BTC). Instantly after losing, I was able to withdraw again.

I highly recommend not to gamble here, the support is horrendous to go along with their deceptive practices. It's not hard to tell by their unfriendliness. He tried to change the subject by calling me a scammer. Look here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=459735), my account was hacked many months ago. He claims I never even tried to withdraw.... again. I will let you know if I receive a full refund, however I completely doubt I will seeing as though the amount of disrespect and dishonesty they show their players.

DT members needs more proofs... "bla bla bla " doesn't count bro.
Try to upload payment proofs, etc etc first before opening scam accusation.

The unfriendliness will definitely hinder the company from keeping customers but I do have to say if there's a big where you can't withdraw and you decide to gamble some more it's too late to do anything. You lost it fair and square. If you had waited I'd have to assume the bug would have been fixed. If it wasn't a bug (which is what you're implying) there's no real way to prove that the admin did something to stop your withdrawal.

That's the thing. 99% of people will be tempted to gamble again while their balance is just sitting there... which is the point of this thread.

Obviously you have just admitted that it was your own fault, you gamble your money and lost it then accuse the owner/admin about confirmation requirement. Actually you can wait for little longer if you really need the money instead of gamble it away.

sounds like it's your own fault? why did you continued gamble your money? You lost it all, but you're be able to withdraw your money again? where did that money come from? because you already said you lost it all.

No. 99% of gambling addicts would be tempted. I never in a million years would gamble ~$800. This isn't a scam accusation. The situation sucks but there's nothing to do about it. Next time if you can't afford to lose that much money don't bet it in the first place.

No proof provided of the bug (thought about recording the screen?), and it seems as though you made the decision to gamble.  If there were no bugs in the actual gambling, then it doesn't seem like they scammed you.
If they are rude, they are rude.  But from what I can see this could have easily been avoided if you didn't follow your urge to gamble.

I made the decision to gamble. They abused my addiction to make sure I'd lose it. It COULD have been avoided, but they made it less avoidable by purposely giving this error.

There's no scam. I don't see how you can prove this is a bug. I would suggest counselling on addictions to get over this but it sounds like you're not looking to get over your gambling addiction.

My opinion is probably going to get tossed aside because I'm wearing a BitSler signature, but I figured it would be worth a shot.

The Bitcoin network is a P2P network, and once a block is found, not everyone gets it at the same time. Nodes send it to other nodes, which becomes a large chain of sending the data. It's very possible that bitslers node recieved it later than others, or their node might take longer to process all the transactions and compare to see if any deposits were confirmed. On top of that, it might be set to verify blocks every X minutes, to save server resources. Fairlay requires 1 confirmation for deposits to be credited, and some times it take 10+ minutes on top of the confirmation to get it credited.

On a side note, if you truly are addicted, I recommend seeking help from professionals.
