You can place 5 ads per domain.
Requirements are: that you have a website or blog with content, websites with ads only will not get accepted.
                          that you have quality organic traffic.
                          that your website doesn't incentivizes clicks or traffic.

All websites and blogs get manually reviewed.
You can withdraw at any, the minimum amount is BTC 0.01. At the moment all payments are manually within 24hours. There will be soon an update that allows you automatic payments; they are faster and instant.

You are using only keyword ad-spaces, if there are no keyword advertisers, your clicks and impressions show 0. The network is very new, with not so many advertisers yet. You can place an ad-space for impressions and clicks, most advertisers are using this so far.
