I work as gambling affiliate and I get paid to Skrill and Neteller. I want to turn my earnings to Bitcoin. Which is the best method to transfer from Skrill to Bitcoin? I want to transfer high volume. So if you are located in Europe you can use their services. If you have i think you can withdraw those cash from ATM and use it to buy bitcoin from some local guy.
