I don't have much time right now to work on projects, so I'm hiring someone to code a login system for my faucet. It can be custom, or if someone could refer me to an open source script, that would be great as well.

My faucet has a custom theme I'd like to preserve if possible, or keep some aspects of the theme. The login system should have an ability to save user balance until they hit the withdraw limit.

Login system must preserve user balances ? That is not how login system works,you need a full time coder to integrate the system User ->Details including their details in the SQL database.If by login system you just want just a basic authentication with userid/pass stored in your database,I can do that.

are you familiar with php or can you code php ?
i have login snippet integrated with blocktrail API.
not fully integrated tho, but maybe you can modify it.
for now, i don't have enough time since i'm too busy with my workplace project.
