This is to be decided on a case-by-case basis. AFAIK in most cases, selling codes of such type only breaks the T&Cs of the service and is not illegal. The forum only disallows the sale of illegal items and does not enforce the T&Cs of other services. Note: Do not sell codes to any kind of potentially malicious software.

What Antivirus software are we talking about? It should be legal.

Something likes Norton Antivirus, kaspersky, ESET NOD32, McAfee Internet Security, etc....

yes , it is legal . but in my opinion you needed to satisfies the condition that you should sell your btc in bitcoin like things .
otherwise you will be slide to the off- topic by the forum moderator .

Should be fine as long as we are not talking about cracked/stolen licenses. Hopefully this answers your question.

Translation: You have to sell the keys for bitcoin otherwise your marketplace thread will be removed as off-topic. You can accept other currencies besides bitcoin though.

you can do everything here ~snip~
No. Anything illegal is not allowed, this would include trafficking of codes obtained via questionable methods.

The forum only disallows the sale of illegal items and does not enforce the T&Cs of other services.
Which however doesn't mean that you can't get negative feedbacks for violating the T&C of other services,
as shown by the example given in OP, MSDN sellers getting negative feedbacks from Vod and others.
