It actually has nothing to do with Bitcoin at all.  You are new to life as well aren't you?

No, it wasn't mean, I was simply implying that you are still young my friend.  What you replied was mean.
If you think I'm mean, wait until you go for your first loan from a bank.

Honestly, I don't take loans from a bank , I make my own money unless it is like bitcoin or something on the internet ok?

Also, are you trying to be smart alic or some shit?

Also, I am not very young, just don't take loans because I don't need them

The point is that you should conduct a quick search before asking a question like this.  The question of collateral and what it is has been brought up countless times before.  You're better off asking google to define terms.

Dang, you didn't have to be mean about it dumbass
See, now that logic just makes no sense.

In lending agreements, collateral is a borrower's pledge of specific property to a lender, to secure repayment of a loan.[1][2] The collateral serves as protection for a lender against a borrower's default—that is, it can be used to offset the loan to any borrower failing to pay the principal and interest under the terms of a loan obligation.

It is the insurance of the lender that you will pay your loan.
