I agree. Just say straight forward what you need and what is this favour all about. People easily get suspicious when newbie is offering something like this with no clear background.

In the wrong section, move this into the service section and perhaps, you can write for full information and detailed about your jobs, right? But what the kind of job is offered by you.

Looks like they are all the same just different form of introduction so that information was spread out and not just on a single thread to grab much attention in getting referrals. Not sure though as Im not going to breach the information of the concerned site. And if Im not missed I never see a succesful payment nor someone did the task.

It seems  I  do  already read this  kind  of thread  from another person which  you could able  to earn  0.20$ on 30 seconds   and I assume you would really need  to sign  up on a particular site as  long he confirms  it  you would receive the   bitcoin  but   you would need   to get verified also need an email. Done know  if its legit  but for a newbie account  it would really  be hard  to trust.

I got a reply from the OP but never did find out exactly what he wants us to do. I'm assuming it's something to do for him to get a referral bonus. Basically he said there's no personal info needed and it's a signup to a website. Didn't reply to my second PM though.
