Designs looks great but are they bbcodes or images? Because it looks like it is made with images which is not allowed in the signature space. Images are more of a banner.
It will also be nice if you can put  the exact preview that will fit the sig space.

If i am not mistaken here it seems dice game signature campaign is already in existence unless i am wrong.

Yes dice game campaign is already existing here.. but that is my own work design.

Design is appreciable but few signature campaigns do not bear any change in signature during the campaign. I am not sure whether changing signature will make an adverse impact on the signature campaign.

well it's not a signature code/BBCODE so it's can't be used to insert onto your signature slot,even if few signature campaigns do bear any change,this design can't be used,signature slot can't be inserted with image as far as i know

No, is not prohibited. But, let me ask you directly.. Have you ever done any signature in BBcode? Do you have any portfolio, or it's your big start?

I have done some bbcode on my own.but not publish here..
I guess its worth trying in this forum.

You design sample is pretty good, you should have a client soon if your price is competitive. My suggestion is make a promotion to make yourself felt in the business and then later when you are popular, that's the time to charge with a normal rate.

But you will have a lot of competition here. On Bitcointalk is a lot of very experienced users.

Little advise for you: From time to time is showing up contest for new signature - try to show your skills there. It will help you be more recognizable.

I'll try to make more for portfolio, I guess..

I hope posting an image of bbcode output won't matter you. Signature code is different from image and unlike any forum it doesn't supports image. Build a better portfolio and show creativity in your work and thats what matters.

Check some signatures made by great signature designers like jayce, Adriandmen, aubert, Falconer and many more. They bring out new ways of displaying signature in a better and great look. GL with your service.

Those images was created for advertising purpose, somewhat like your signature and personal text message. They are some samples of what the OP can do and provide.
