Title: Running full node – after 0.13.1 upgrade, only 8 connections Post by: monkeybars on November 07, 2016, 03:07:52 AM Directly after upgrading to 0.13.1 my full node got more connections than ever before.
Since restarting Core, I only get 8 connections anymore. Port 8333 is open. I can't find anything that would cause this. Any ideas? Not necessarily. Check the firewalls on your router and computer. I have not touched the firewall settings on my router or any other settings for that matter, and just doublechecked them – same as ever. I just power-cycled my router and restarted Core. Still stuck at 8 connections. SPI firewall shows the following options are checked: Block Anonymous WAN Requests (ping) Filter Multicast Filter IDENT (Port 113) Block WAN SNMP access Anything fishy-looking? IP addresses can change after computer reboots.
