Not sure if they are thinking to scam someone or they are saying the truth, we can see one winner in the History page of their website, and they say they are getting their income from commissions but the commission they charge is too much i guess which is -25% from the amount you win. Meaning you will be losing money in the long run or over a large amount of attempts. Like you mentioned, there's a also a risk that it's a total scam. In other words, there are no winners at all.
