For HTML, use something basic like Paint.NET or Pixlr, create the button, host the file and than add the image to your website with a link. For BBCode, same process to make the button (basic shapes), upload it to a hosting site (like imgur), and use Code: [url=darkstar.ml][img]imagelink][/img][/url] to make the button clickable.
