I just got screwed using Shapeshift so be careful. I sent them 1BTC for an exchange and it took them 27 hours to finally send my coins. During the 27 hours, the price slipped and it cost me .15BTC. First I was told they would refund my BTC, but then after 27 hours the transfer went through... They made easily $100 off of that trade.

Shapeshift fixed me up and added extra for the hassle.

Well over 48 hours now and no coins, but Shapeshift is offering me a full refund. I will update once that happens...glad they are making it right. Sucks I missed the Ark bonus 2 times over now  :-[

Shapeshift made it right. After that TX failed they refunded me and even added some extra for the hassle. Shapeshift seems to always go above and beyond!
