If, hypothetically, I purchased someone's pre-ordered miner using paypal and then they failed to ship it to me...could I use a chargeback to get my money back?

PayPal generally sides with buyers so you have a lot of protection going into this deal. Word of advice... Use a credit card attached to your account instead of you PayPal balance, if possible. If PayPal does not want to be helpful simply file a dispute with your credit card company. They will chump PayPal into doing what you request. Title: Re: Using paypal to prevent fraud? But depending on your Credit Card issuer charge-backs can be up to 120-180 days. File a charge-back with your credit card company not Paypal ;D Title: Re: Using paypal to prevent fraud?
