Although keep in mind some BTC gets lost in old wallets and such.

No there are around 16 million remaining with another 5 million yet to come into existence. Some may have been lost due to being sent to "burn" addresses (burn addresses have no known private key which is required to spend) or people have lost access to their private keys which causes them to be inaccessible as well. I don't know how to tell how many are lost in that case. Good luck with English. Study!
