But Difficulty is too volatile right now to use the common PPS approach.
There are thoughts to calculate an 24h average difficulty as base for the PPS value, but we haven't decided that yet. Another approach would be to use insanely high fees to cover this, but that would feel like a rip off, which we are not interested in. You have 3 fields there: "current Balance" (0 in your case) - your balance , ready to withdraw, "current estimated block income" - your expected income on the current block without pps workers which is calculated on the expected sharecount for the pool(fees not included), "current pending pps income"(0.4xxxLTC in your case) -your current income which you have earned on the current block with pps workers(fees not included). Hynodeva Mining Pool I've been mining on this pool for the past few days, and I can confirm that it works really well. PPS on Litecoin is good, with payouts every 30mins. The only issue seems to be lack of support at the moment, so I really hope more people join. I'm planning on staying here to try and help the owner build up hashrate. I have archived the first blocks, you will notice that some accounts already have a value under *old shares* , this is the number of shares i have archived and not in live db. we are currently at about 20% of archive task state, so our server might load high once in a while when next chunk is due. We are working on some other improvements to stay reliable online. We have fixed the withdraw bug which caused many people to overwithdraw their accounts last night. all account which have a negative balance right now have withdrawn too much. All people with negative balance who keep hashing will reach zero balance once they hashed enough. If the sum of all balances below zero goes over -150FTC we will reduce PPS fees until May 31th to 1.5%. Otherwise fees will have to stay at least at the current level to cover the loss midterm. I know you guys have been doing a shit ton of maintenance over the past few days and with that withdrawal bug too, just wanna know where I stand with what I am estimated to of earned during a long round , is all. peace Hi, your estimated income for proportional payout is calculated on the following way (blockvalue)*(your shares in the current round)/(estimated pool shares for this round)=estimated block income but your real income for proportional payout is calculated on this way (blockvalue)*(your shares in the current round)/(current pool shares for this round, when block is hitted)=real block income So, if you mine another coin, your portion of current pool shares for this round in LTC will reduce over time. The problem with longer rounds is that your estimated is higher then your real earning(when we have more then estimated shares). Dev noticed best results when hashing all currencies at once , using the fastest worker on the most profitable coin ;) happy mining PS: we will change the way the estimate is calculated soon, so you see always your current portion and the expected portion. You can now enable / disable the currency infobars on top of the page. These settings are saved session wise. After next website update you will be able to store these settings in user defined profiles. This is first step to make the website user - customizeable. There are plans to give all users the ability to enable/disable almost all elements on the website and store this setting. So people with mobile devices can adjust the site to fit their display size/type. I will make 2 default settings , one which is the current state, and one mobile setting which will have enabled only one currency bar, no left accountdashboard and moved footer. If you have any more suggestions for the mobile theme, let me know, i personally don't have such a device, so i am kind of guessing what will work right now.
